Find a copy of the South Dakota state constitution online.

I can find it in pieces; however, for some reason the SD state constitution is not available online as one document.  Further, where it is posted online, it’s missing sections (Article 2 and 22).  The sections seem a little important: Division of the Powers of Government and Compact with the United States.

Am I the only person who finds this troubling?

The part that’s insulting, though, is where my state gives me the bird:

1. Can I easily print/see a complete chapter of the code?
Yes, on the Statute Quick Find page, type the chapter and click Get Chapter.
2. Can I easily print/see a complete title of the code?
No, you can only get the code by the chapter or section.

I’m a lowly little prole here, and I’ve somehow managed to figure out this space-agey internet machine.  Dear Leaders in Pierre, however, cannot.

Finally, I’ve posted what I could find of my state’s Constitution here (seriously, though, an American citizen should never have to say “what I could find of my Constitution.”).  Wonder if SD officials would arrest a citizen for posting it?
